Do I need to open an account to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

 

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by “Create An Account” and fill in your details.

 

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. You can proceed to your shopping cart and check out when you have finished. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart.

You will be able to add the product as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart; hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable.”

 

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct Bank Transfer, and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. Payment methods may vary depending on your location. You can find a list of available payment methods here.

 

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

 

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

Type in the coupon code at the field “Coupon Code” and click “Add” on your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we cannot manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed typing it in during check out. Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

The discount/promo did not apply to my order.

If you are trying to use a code for your order, it must be applied before submitting your order. Please note that only one promo is applied per order/ per customer. Codes are not combinable with additional coupons, special offers, bundles, clearance, boxes, or collabs. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for any changes to be made. Because of this, we ask that you verify all information is correct before submitting your order (including discount codes or coupons).

 

I ordered during a free item promotion. I am not seeing the free item in my confirmation e-mail. Did I get the free item?

For most of our promos involving a free clothing item, you are required to manually add the article in size needed to your cart to qualify for the offer. This also applies to any free promotion item NOT clothing-related, such as an accessory or limited edition giveaway.

 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved, and the billing/delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 

How will I know if a specific size fits me?

Size charts are on the item page. You can usually refer to the information on the item page regarding fit and sizes.

 

When will a specific design be restocked? Do you have a mailing list?

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed right after order confirmation/successful payment. The time stated is based on Europe/Vienna Time (UTC/GMT +1hours).

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, we will send an email confirmation to you with the tracking number. You can also track your order here.

 

What are the shipping charges?

You may select your item for deliveries and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on location, weight, and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Please read our cancellation policy here.

 

There is a missing item in my order. What should I do?

No worries, that’s because sometimes we ship things separately due to
packaging constraints. Please read the packaging slip that has been added to your shipment? It will say something like, “This shipment includes 1 out of 3 items in your order.”
